Michael Harris
President and CEO
After a thriving career as a senior leader for many different businesses in the mortgage servicing and outsourced real estate services industries, Michael launched Jennick Asset Management in 2014. Michael has overseen operations for some of the largest nationally outsourced real estate programs in the country including HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He has proven leadership skills and a track record of managing superior operational performance while maintaining innovative growth, productivity and quality. As a Six Sigma Black Belt he is a strategic leader with ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analytics to insure maximum results.
Amy Bergseth
Chief Information Officer
Amy has more than 20 years of experience working with clients and technologies in the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to working at Jennick, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Exceleras, LLC, a workflow management solution for the disposition of real estate. She has also held positions as a quality assurance manager, business analyst, and technical editor. Amy’s leadership style is people-centric and she is focused on providing the best possible results for clients and coworkers alike.
Leonard Troutner

With over 20 years as a real estate industry leader, Leonard Troutner has provided invaluable guidance and direction for Jennick. Leonard was a senior executive for companies providing outsourced corporate relocation benefits to more that 350 clients both domestically and internationally. He was responsible for managing all company services such as traditional executive home purchase programs as well as home finding services, household goods shipment administration, relocation policy counseling, and relocation expense auditing and benefit payments. Leonard also assisted in the development of the industry standard relocation appraisal form for the industry’s trade association. Subsequent to that Leonard First American as a senior executive in a newly created real estate services technology subsidiary. During his tenure the company specialized in providing Multiple Listing Services technologies which were used by more than 50% of all U.S. MLS associations. The company also provided real estate brokerage and agent business management technologies
Shane Ingram

Shane has gained over 25 years of experience in virtually every facet of residential real estate, residential REO, Foreclosures and Executive Relocation. Initially, Shane managed the Tax & Compliance for Bankers Trust and them went on to manage a national REO residential real estate portfolio for a Fortune 100 bank, managed the Relocation division responsible for nationwide executive relocations, then moved on to became a Senior Manager for one of the first national ‘dot com’ real estate firms in the country. As part of his management of the Broker Direct division at Fidelity. He then in 2005 founded Listings.com, a which provides enriched listing data to Buyers in major metro areas Denver, Seattle and Miami/Ft Lauderdale. Also, Shane’s expertise with a multitude of web-based real estate platforms, CRM, xRM, & valuation platforms provides invaluable knowledge to our team. Shane continues to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards and continually strive to provide the latest real estate technologies for their clients,
Rick Grant

Rick Grant is a former mortgage industry trade publication editor who now serves as a strategic communications consultant. He is the founder and president of RGA Public Relations, Inc. (RGA) and the chief operating officer of Content Beacon. Prior to launching RGA, Grant founded Texell Interactive Media in 2004, the first podcasting company in the mortgage space. Grant’s articles have been featured in national newspapers, magazines and online publications and he is recognized as one the first bloggers in the financial services industry. He is frequently featured in the financial industry’s top publications as a contributing writer and is often asked to share his expertise by speaking at national conferences and hosting seminars.
